Something that I’ve seen a difference when closing projects and getting positive feed back from the customers is using a pencil and paper and giving them a drawing of what’s going to be done . It’s simple and they seem to love it . What do y’all think ? I still send emails and use a software but I like to leave them a little hand written blueprint .
