Sharing a call I ran last week. No heat where customer said his breaker was tripping intermittently. Checked entire system before applying power and didn’t find anything that gave me indication of cause for breaker tripping , reset breaker and system was operating correctly , checked breaker it’s self and noticed it was very hot, bottom connection on the breaker was extremely loose ,as soon as I tighten it down temperature dropped dramatically 👍🏼
