Hey guys, Quick question for you all. I’ve recently started doing some work for a few real estate companies, Got a call from a new one after a recommendation of being competent of working on LG units. Cut a long story short they wanted me to order parts for them going off a previous diagnosis and I refused saying i need to make my own. Went out, diagnosed as said part plus a thermistor assembly two weeks went by and they now want me to order the parts but have not paid the initial bill. I refused and told them they need to pay the out standing bill before I order parts as I’ve never dealt with them before, am I in the right doing this? As the saying goes “once burnt, twice shy” Opinions please?
