Came across this 4 bank fryer, thats installed with a gas connector that can't provide the Btu’s required for the unit. Each fryer utilizes 125,000 btus xs 4 thats half a million Btu’s. The unit is hooked up with a 1" dormont hose that comes off a 3/4" tee branch, that 1" hose is only good for 334,000 Btu’s, its severely undersized. I'll need to correct this with a 1 1/4" hose, along with swapping that tee out for a proper branch off, then the unit will have the proper Btu’s provided.
