Gurgling pipes, stuck closed auto-fill, no backflow, pressure relief stuck, corroded and leaking hy-vent, bent expansion tank. Reconfigured the supply water piping to the hot water heater and the boiler to get the new backflow and auto-fill installed and dropped the expansion tank to get it away from the beam.
