#teachme my learning experience is from the beginning of my career working on ammonia. I was in a freezer all day sweeping ice (it was basically snow from infiltration) off evaporators, ceiling, and racking. On a scissor lift with no mask close by in -20. About 30 minutes after I left an evaporator fan motor punctured the coil I was basically face deep in most of the day and ammonia sensors went from 0 to 300 PPM in a matter of seconds. Moral of the story always keep a mask on you even if you’re not messing with valves or something. You never know what could happen. Stay safe everyone
