Half of this case has product temping at 41° which by law in California is too warm, the other half all the product was at a steady 37° Verified an ice free coil, proper fan rotation, proper blade rotation, properly set case pans, proper suction pressure at case and at rack, standard air leakage between curved glass doors.. warm side discharge air 30°F / return air 44°F proper side discharge air 29°F / return air 40°F My solution is to come back with an anemometer to properly test CFM and deep clean the coils to free up and grime and residue that might be stuck between the wall and the back of the coil. ***Using my hand I could tell there was less airflow***
