Just doing a PM maintenance and coil clean on this Mitsubishi City Multi among other small tasks. I am on site of one of the many Rim Technology buildings that were sold off in the town of Waterloo, Ontario. Mcafee (internet security company) has one of their many server rooms located here. The two Daikin 3 ton ductless splits are more for redundancy. Great when I need to power down the city multi to service and clean while maintaining the setpoint down below. Not particularly fond of where the service ports are on the city multi either😬. The Wera self setting spanners help as they have just enough of an offset to get in and comfortably remove your service cap.
