Alright guys I need some advice . So I work for a company that does both residential and commercial , most of our commercial are restaurants . I am looking to work on bigger equipment . I mostly do all the commercial and sometime stuck with resi calls or help the resi installers . I've installed resi for 9 years and those days are behind me . I keep hearing from my boss that bigger things are coming and have been hearing those things for the last 2 years . Do you guys think it's time for a change ? I love the atmosphere and don't wanna be the guy who leaves because of the type of work but everytime I'm on a resi call I feel it's a day robbed from my apprenticeship learning more about commercial / industrial .
