Customer said , yeah the ac ain’t working in any of the offices, then he said well I don’t think my unit has worked for a couple months. So I ask why he didn’t call a couple months ago, he says well he didn’t want to bother us over 1 little unit. There is like 20 something units with 76 errors!!! Mostly a3’s. Usually a bad condensate pump. These pumps are junk
