So been doing hvac for about 10 years mostly installing but now getting the chance to do more service. So I was on a no cooling call today yesterday here in MI it was hot and customer tried to run ac but didn’t run so today when I was there fixed one problem I found with disconnect and we I went to test ac at nest tstat wouldn’t call because it was now to cold to run so called it good well 6 hrs later back out with no cooling found break in wire. My question guys is if I became a nest pro can you force the stat to run? Could have found problem on first trip is I could have bypassed their temp cutoff
