Been reading a book called Breath by James Nestor and if you're into health and wellness you'll love it. It's all about breathing science. One thing the book explains is that breaths shows be taken in and out of the nose, and for peak breathing performance, 5.5 second inhale and 5.5 second exhale and slowly. I have been practicing this while driving to and from work and man it works to help relax your body and mind and think clearer.
