Question everyone. I picked up a commercial account that is a resteraunt. They have mini splits in the restaurant. The one in the kitchen and the 2 closest to the kitchen keep clogging the evap coils with grease. Is there something I can get to spray/put on the coil to stop the grease from forming so quickly?
