Does anyone do commission based pay at their company? The company I work for just started this week and they went over the structure with me today. It sounds good, the numbers don't lie, but I hear a lot of bad about it. Could someone shed some light on the subject please and if it is good, how can I take advantage of this without taking advantage of the customer? Too many stories out there and I don't want to become a statistic.
