Removed these 10 year old condensers because they were sinking and falling backwards we leveled them installed some 3” HP risers and mulched the flower bed. Installed fan cycle switches relocated some duct work started tested and adjusted. Looks a TON better even though it’s not perfect this is how they wanted it and they love it that’s all that matters another happy customer. We did all we could do within their budget. HVAC is all about budgets giving the best quality we can within a budget. More money more work less money less work just the way it is. Q: Would I like to do more? A: Absolutely! We went from falling units covered in vines, crossed up duct work, fighting thermostats, poor comfort, literally impossible equipment to work on to this. Maybe we’ll do more when these guys die we will see. They offered me 19 other buildings today as well I graciously turned them down, right now our plate is FULL...they understood and left the conversation with this statement if you change your mind all of our buildings are yours just say the word. I like that. 👍🏻
