A couple weeks ago I had to go help a coworker leak search a Hoshizaki iceachine with remote condenser. He said he was adding nitrogen but it was escaping so fast he could never find the leak. I went up to the roof as he added nitro and I could hear hissing under the roof coating. The first picture is what I found when I peeled back a bunch of new silicone on the roof jack. The second picture is what caused the hole. The company who deals with the satellite was trying to run a new pair of cables to the floor below. They used something sharp to try and penetrate the roof next to the refer lines. They clearly busted the discharge line which was probably a fun surprise. The worst part is the ended up penetrating next to the Electrical conduit and then tried to just cover up their mistake with a silicone patch on the roof. What a bunch of dickheads. They didn't notify the managers or anything.
