I have an oxidizer with a natural gas burner to cook gas voc’s from a recycling plant that is intermittently giving me high temp alarms. I’m thinking the cams supplying air/nat gas aren’t reacting quickly enough when we get a spike in the gas voc btu content. The btu spikes I believe are from trace amounts of oil getting sucked along into the voc gas and we have a quote to prevent that but I want try whatever I can in the mean time to deal with this as best I can. Is anyone on here familiar with this kind of set up?
