Question for the Trane guys out there... I have a customer who has been having the following alarm start to show up on their RTWD chiller. System starts up and runs fine when they reset it. Unfortunately they are located 2 flights and a 6 hour drive away, and I won't be there for a few weeks. I'm wondering what things I could get the customer, who doesn't have much knowledge, to check before I head up. I have TechView on my laptop for when I go, just need to get whatever the cord is I need to connect to it. Thanks in advance!
