If you're truly into health, I highly recommend this book. I'm 1.5 hours in on Audible and it's blowing my mind. As a chronic snorer, I've found it effects my quality of sleep (and my wife's 😆). Nose breathing as opposed to mouth breathing, as per the book, can help with many health issues. Snoring, sleep apnea and insomnia can lead to many health issues. The nights I get a good sleep, I feel like a new person.
