Hi guys, Does anybody work on Ice O Matic ice machines? I haven't worked on an ice machine before, just had a customer message me saying 'It just keeps ice-ing up. It tries to defrost and dump the ice, but it’s not dropping, then starts another cycle' Anyone know what might be the issue here? Cheers
