LIFT some heave ass weight, EAT HEALTHY, take your greens and multi vitamins, find a nice trail with some solid hills and either hike or run it.... you won’t believe how positive the affects will be, not only on your body but mental health. Got out for the first long distance run of the season almost 9k kicked my ass.
