Some of the best lessons I’ve learned have been when as I like to say “I’m in the weeds”. Trying to solve an issue but no matter what I try it doesn’t work. Finally at some point I figure it out and from that comes a great learning opportunity. The information can be passed along but the experience has to be lived.
