Any owners here that run a one man operation with tips on getting started? My vision is to create a company that does mainly light commercial for local shopping centers/businesses (RTUs only) and mini split installation and service for upper middle class and affluent customers. I would consider spilt change outs and service if the attic or Crawlspace is in decent condition but would be very selective. Would love to hear if anyone has done this or even just strictly done mini split work and became the go to company for them in your area.
