My background is commercial AC. I do very little refrigeration so forgive me if my question is basic. Today was my first day walking into a very high profile account. The customer monitors the temperatures of all their walk-in boxes. They have one defrost cycle per day which was raising the temperature higher than what they have determined to be acceptable. I shortened the cycle from 48 minutes to 36 minutes. I am scheduled to return tomorrow. Can anyone tell me typical settings? Please don’t beat me up about lack of information. I was barely able to get near the equipment.
