another heat pump call today on a hybrid heat pump. real bad acess huge desk in the way only gave me 15 inches of acess after I pushed it over. I had a bad run cap on the compressor, suction line was warm while running. hooked up the testo bluetooth probes and it is short of refrigerant. customer needs to move the desk before I can pull it and do a leak check and repair at the shop.
