Wondering if anyone knows about these keeprite furnaces. Had a no heat call a week ago. Had 4 flashes (high limit open). checked supply temp 148 right above furnace, 135 above A coil. 55 degree delta 2. Clean filter, blower, secondary. 2.0 WC on combustion motor, fan speed set to high. verified 24V to high limit and made sure the board wasn't dropping the voltage. Replaced the high limit (170 degree). Now a week later he had a pressure switch issue. Removed wires and check for continuity and found the HPS stuck closed. Found a bit of water on the outlet of the combustion motor outlet, where the tube connects. Jumped the pressure switch and furnace ran fine. condesate trap clear. Decided to investigate further. Are the tabs at the end of the baffles suppose to look like that? shouldn't the tabs be facing down? couldn't get ahold of tech support. I found a bulletin online about drilling the combustion motor outlet port a bit bigger. Anyone run into this before?
