Happy Saturday all. I wanted to talk about your Foreman. Most companies with have a position of Foreman or Tech Supervisor. If you have one in your crew what is it they do, or don't do, that you like/dislike. I have a foreman in my group and I have my own opinions of their work ethic. But let's see what others have to offer.
