So im about 4 months deep into an apprenticeship at a small shop. I have no previous experience or eduacation in HVAC. Well, a few of my coworkers NATE certs have expired so my boss wants me to take the NATE core and gas furnace test while they take theirs, for convience sake. I probably only have a month or 2 to study up for it and Im struggling to find good study material online. Any advice on what I need to focus my studying on? Do I have much chance of passing in such a short time? Im stressing pretty hard over it. The only resource i have at the moment is a very outdated, 10 page study guide and reading whatever i can find online.
