Got a call from our residential manager that a roofing company capped a boiler chimney .. showed up to site and they actually took out the chimney that was going threw the roofpitch where the boiler liner was in and they and installed plywood and shingles over it thinking it wasint being used anymore ... I've never seen anything like this in my whole career. The boiler and hot water tank were exhausting in the attic .. spill witch never caught it . Combustion analyzing was spot on 😂 installed the proper flashing and vent termination .
