I was asked what this green check mark means. It was automatically applied to my account as everything was being built. Verification checks are used on other platforms to ensure verified accounts can be separated from imposter accounts. I had an idea, every few weeks or so we can nominate someone in the group that has shown true professionalism, shows enthusiasm to learn, helps other techs, remains positive and helpful etc. Could be one or a combination of things. We'll vote on the nominees and the highest voted individual will receive a check mark showing that they are geared towards trade excellence. I will also send them an HVAC Gear hat from hvacgear.com. Thoughts on this?
