laars neotherm domestic boiler not working. sock burner plugged. symptoms are unit tries to light but locks out on flame failure. this might be controversial but I always clean the burners with water. then dry them with nitrogen. I know that is a no no with alot of manufacturers especially raypak. raypak tech support recommends brake cleaner( acetone) but that makes me leery. do you guys use water, nitrogen or something else what is the consensus?
