Had a call today, thermostat is satisfying but the indoor RH is always 68-70. I cleaned the outdoor unit as it was dirty. Checked indoor coil and it was clean, I had easy clearance between furnace and evaporator. It was over charged a little so I removed some charge but still humidify was not going down. I found my supply air had more RH than the return air had as well as more RH then outdoor air. What does that tell you? I checked air flow and it was set right for 1.5 tomes. 600 cfm.
