AIR COOLED CHILLER - ever work on one of these? 🧑‍🔧 This Carrier Air Cooled Chiller is used to cool Glycol at a bakery - this is a “Process Chiller”, because it is part of a food production process. Name plate is a bit hard to read 👓 I always find these cooler than chillers for air conditioning ❄️ Once cooled, the glycol is pumped inside the plant to a dough mixer, where it is assists in the process by cooling indirectly 🍞
