SOLID STATE Electrical - do you have plants controlled this way? 🤖 Pictured is a 22 year industrial plant control panel for a spiral freezer. It utilizes on/off/auto switches for each component. and operation indicator light bulbs. 💡 This panel allows control and status for compressors, condenser water pumps, condenser fans, refrigerant pumps, and alarms/safeties. There is also an updated HMI installed within to view plant temperatures. For me, learning on this was easier in a way than a full HMI (human machine interface) operating complete plant software on a computer screen. When you open a panel like pictured, you can see each switch controlling relays etc when you trace their wiring…no circuit boards ⚙️⚡️
