ROOF TOP UNITS - is this equipment you are commonly working on? 👨🏻‍🔧 Roof Top Units (RTUs) are a piece of HVAC Equipment, which can both heat, and cool depending on the building’s need. There are also economizer options (as shown below) to bring in outdoor air to freshen up the buildings are. Some conditions may allow for “free cooling” in this regard… This one shown is a Ground Top Unit (GTU?) I guess? 🤔 QSTN - do you see Roof Top Units installed in locations otherwise Roofs?
