QSTN - do you have, or aspire to have your own business? 🧑‍💼 Having your own business is an option in HVAC/R, if you want more control over your work. It comes with its pros, and cons. Pros: doing things (mostly) how you want to 😎 Cons: do you ever see that meme about not wanting to work 9-5, so you start your own business…then work 24/7? 🤪 I never thought I would, but have ran Finbow Inc for 3 Years now. I have also maintained employment full-time elsewhere during this. Sort of tongue in cheek image below…Cause as it turns out, you still have to work for people 😅
