Had a Carlyle Recip compressor failure on this MRI Filtrine Chiller. After I replaced it and did the commissioning of the new compressor I found the liquid line solenoid valve leaking by which was the cause of the failure. The compressor was short cycling on the low pressure control. I saved the new compressor and replaced the solenoid.
