5 years of resi service & install. Really want to move on to commercial or industrial. The commercial & industrial companies want experience. Which I cannot get without working at one of the companies.😂 I’m basically just going to blanket those companies & see what happens. Anyone got anything that I could use to make a resi tech more appealing? I’m not an idiot. Can learn, continuous learning. Got my fridge, gas & electrical tickets. Thx🤘
