HVAC BUDDY - do you have one? 👩‍🔧👨🏾‍🏭 Working in HVAC/R is a wild world. Some days you are on top of everything, and feel great. Sometimes you need a little (or a lot) of help. 😥 The phone a friend option is of great resource when encountering certain issues. Most helpful while doing tasks for the first time, and/or troubleshooting certain equipment. 📲 Within a company, there may or may not be colleagues who are available to assist via the phone when you need it. A small circle (or one other person) outside the company can be a great benefit to solve problems more quickly. I've always tried to help out fellow workers in or out of company, and this pays dividends when you're the one wanting help with some knowledge. 🧐 Any thoughts welcome!
