What am I missing? I installed an 80% furnace in December, and it ran well until mid-February. Then, I got a call that it wasn't working. I found that the stat was bad, replaced it, and it worked for two weeks. Then, I got a call that it wasn't working, so I came out and found that the 3 amp fuse was tripped. I found the filters completely dirty, as they had the dog bed next to the return. I replaced the filters, and it worked great. One week later, I got a call again, and it was not working again. The fuse tripped again. Ran all new stat wire on install, gas valve ohm out good, transformer tested good, no wires grounded out in side of furnace, amp draws are good, great static pressure. I'm lost on why it will ran and randomly trip a fuse. Doesn't do it when I'm there. I stay for an a hour or so letting run and cycle it off and on trying to get it to act up. Low voltage at board, transformer, gas valve all ready 27.1 volts. Possibly a board? Any help will be appreciated.
