Background: 15 years in residential and light commercial in Oklahoma. I've done everything from install to service tech. Eventually, I moved to service manager, and after 15 yrs in the business, I started my own marketing agency Upward Bound Media, specifically helping hvac businesses. I know the business, and now I bring the business!
