Hello, everyone! I recently interviewed (and ranked) for an Apprenticeship Program with HVAC. The news is that I have been accepted to be an Apprentice, I am just waiting for "the call" to start, once contractors call for apprentices. I completed a Pre-Apprenticeship with Women In Trades, and I'm in a Construction Management Program in college. I've LITERALLY applied to over 50 companies for entry level positions & keep getting rejected. My question is: How can I get my foot in the door and get some experience while I'm waiting on my apprenticeship?
