Furnaces (w/ AC) and Water Heaters 💨 QSTN: Who works on these? I am in the process of buying a new home, so you know I'm checkin' the HVAC! This one is in a rural area, so they utilized Propane for the Furnace, and Electric Water heater... Do you install, maintain, or service Residential HVAC equipment? 👨‍🏭🏡 Bonus QSTN: do you see anything that stands out about this install as wrong? 🤔 I am not buying this home.
