TRAINING DAY 👨‍🔧 QUESTION: When was the last time you took a training on HVAC/R? In the last couple months I took 2 online trainings: A CO2 Webinar offered by Andre Patenaude of Copeland, and Teams Session by Parker's Sporlan on TXV Selection/Bulb Charges. Both were great, and allowed me to learn new things. In Canada (eh) "Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic" is the trade for HVAC/R and is numbered 313a. There are 3 levels of required trade school before writing your Certificate of Qualification Exam after the 5 year apprenticeship. In-person, hybrid, or online training IMO are all great tools to progress your knowledge and stay active in this truly massive trade. 🗣️👤👌 Your thoughts?
