This trade offers such a wide range of equipment I get to work on, always something different to learn and figure out. For the last two years I’ve been working on a newer model of Carpigiani Ice Cream machines at 3 McDonalds locations. They are some of the most technical machines I’ve worked on. Today was to replace a bad pressure transducer that I found a week ago. This transducer measures the pressure in the cylinder and will cut out the pump at a preset pressure, to get the right amount of product. Always something interesting with these machines. And of course have to perform a quality check once the work is done. Cant have sub par ice cream.
