How many of you are taking time each week to exercise/lift weights. Your body is the most critical tool in your arsenal. Too many people talk about avoiding heavy lifting at work to stay healthy when they should be lifting heavy weights out of work so daily activities become easy. What do you guys like to do for exercise? I'm lucky to have a garage full of equipment so I don't have to rely on gyms or overcoming that urge to get home and leave again.
