Customer was complaining of strong smell coming from exhaust of 95% efficient furnace. Heat exchanger was rusting pretty bad from hot spots right after the burners. She just had a “tune up” from one of those scammers that runs tune up “specials” for 29.00 or 39.00 bucks. Manifold pressure was almost 3 times what it’s supposed to be! Great also had wore nuts for the line voltage rubbing on the cooling wheel of the inducer motor and was almost worn all the way through the wore nut. SMH...
