Let's talk pulley set screws. When tightening then I recommend tightening them fully, then back them off and tighten again. Each time makes a little bit of a bigger divet into the blower shaft, to help prevent the pulley from slipping. Finally, remove the set screw completely and put a little Loctite 242 (blue) on the set screw and tighten the set screw for the final time. Using this method has yet to fail me, and I hope that it helps you out. #teachme
