Before, during, and after of my disposal replacement. I was fortunate that I was able to reuse the old flange and sink hardware, so just a quick swap of the actual disposal. The only thing I chose to do was add an outlet box, since the old one was hardwired. This is why trades kick ass! 💪🏻
